The Pumpkin Carving Festival’s fundraising event brings together families and friends during the Fall season for pumpkin carving fun and festivities. To help make this year’s event a success, we need the assistance of volunteers like you! Tasks range from registration desk, Pumpkin Patch Host, Costume Character, passing out treats, resetting tables, etc. Refreshments will be provided for all volunteers during each shift. I release, hold harmless, indemnify and agree not to sue Kawehiokalani Inc. dba Pumpkin Carving Festival, Keiki O Ka ‘Aina Family Learning Centers, and Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop (Owner), Jones Lang LaSalle America's, Inc., (managing agent) and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, and all other persons acting by, through or in concert with any of them, and all other entities or persons involved in promoting, setting up, running, and/or administering the Event (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liability, losses, judgments, awards, costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees (collectively, the “Claims”), of any kind or nature whatsoever, by whomsoever raised or asserted, including, but not limited to, Claims for death, bodily injury, disability or property damage, however caused, arising out of, related to, or connected with my participation in the Event or an account of any first aid or medical treatment or service rendered in connection with my participation in the Event. I relinquish and grant to Kawehiokalani Inc. dba Pumpkin Carving Festival and Keiki O Ka ‘Aina Family Learning Centers all right, title and interest that I may have in any photos, images, pictures and audio and video recordings taken of me in connection with the Event.
