Note: 1. GST would be charged Extra(18%) on Rail Freight. 2. The weight slabs mentioned in the tariff are for weight of containers i.e

Cargo weight + container tare weight). 3. For 20’ loaded container if the gross weight exceeding 31 Mt. but up to 34

MT, 10 % of prescribed sectoral freight charges (i.e. freight charges for the slab of 26 Mt. to 31 Mt.) per metric ton or part thereof will be charged. beyond 34 Mt. double the prescribed sectoral freight charges (i.e freight charges for the slab of 24 Mt. to 31 Mt.) will be charged.

4. The acceptance and movements over these streams will be as per adequate materialization of full train loads only, that too after Railway’s clearance. CONCOR shall not be responsible for any indirect/consequential losses on account of transportation delays owing to reasons beyond CONCOR’S control.

A) COST RECOVERY: To Collect the following additional charges against movement of Export Loaded, Import Loaded and Empty Containers at ICD-Bhusawalw.e.f.15.08.2018

D. TERMINAL SERVICE CHARGES: (w.e.f. 07.09.2017)

In order to provide efficient services at the ICD, it is necessary to ensure that the containers being used for export or import cargo do not stagnate at the ICD. Moreover it leads to blocking of space and multiple handlings if container stagnates at ICD. Adequate Free Time has been provided for obtaining Customs clearance and completing commercial formalities for various categories of containers. After expiry of the Free Time, the exporter/importer/his agent shall be liable to pay Terminal Service Charges as described below:

The rates for 20’ containers are given below. The rates for 40’ containers will be double these rates. The day of unloading/arrival/stuffing of container will be included while calculating Free Time.

#Note: GST applicable on above rates. E. WHARFAGE CHARGES I. FOR EXPORT CARGO: Free time of ten working days, excluding the day of arrival of cargo in the warehouse, will be given for obtaining stuffing permission from ICD-Customs after Customs examination and for issue of Job Order for stuffing. Thereafter, Wharfage @ Rs. 20/- per ton per day or part thereof, subject to maximum of Rs.300/- per twenty feet container and Rs. 600/- per forty feet container per day or part thereof, will be charged. For export cargo the Wharfage will be calculated, billed and collected for the entire cargo of a particular Shipping Bill from the date of arrival of the first portion of the cargo till the last portion of cargo from that particular Shipping Bill is stuffed for export. Note: GST tax applicable on above rates. II. FOR AGRO-BASED EXPORT CARGO: To promote export of agro-Commodity, free time for “part cargo” from the day of the first arrival of cargo shall be ten working days (excluding day of first unloading). Thereafter, Wharfage @ Rs. 20/- per ton per day or part thereof, subject to a maximum

of Rs. 200/- per TEU and Rs.400/- per FEU per day or part thereof, will be charged. For export cargo of agro-Commodity the Wharfage will be calculated, billed and collected for the entire cargo of a particular Shipping Bill from the date of arrival of the first portion of the cargo till the last portion of cargo from that particular Shipping Bill is stuffed for export. Note: There will be no GST tax applicable on Agro based export cargo as per the govt. norms. III. FOR IMPORT CARGO:

Free time of two working days, excluding the day of destuffing of imports in ICD, shall be given for obtaining “Out of Charge” from ICD-Customs (after Customs examination and payment of duty) and for removal of cargo. Thereafter, Wharfage @ Rs. 40- per ton or part thereof, subject to a maximum of Rs. 550/- per twenty feet container and Rs. 1100/- per forty feet container per day or part thereof, will be charged. For import cargo, Wharfage will be calculated, billed and collected for the entire cargo of a particular Bill of Entry from the date of destuffing of first cargo till the last portion of cargo from that particular Bill of Entry is moved from the ICD.

Note: GST applicable on above rates.

IV. CHARGES FOR LOADING BACK TO TOWN CARGO/RE- STUFFING/SHIFTING OF CARGO IN ICD: Loading of back to town cargo/restuffing/shifting of cargo in the ICD will be charged

@ 150/- per ton or part thereof

In addition to the Wharfage an additional Service Charge of Rs. 30/- per ton will be charged if the Back-to-Town cargo is not cleared within four working days, excluding the date of stuffing of container.

Note: GST tax applicable on above rates.

F. HAZARDOUS AND OVER DIMENSIONAL CARGO: S.NO Activity Surcharge

G. ON WHEEL CLEARANCE CHARGES:

In case of ON WHEEL CLEARANCE where container needs not to be handled at ICD, CONCOR will charge Custom clearance charges of Rs.3100/- for 20’ container and Rs.5200/- for 40’ container. Indemnity Bond on Rs.100/- stamp paper & NOC of the shipping line is required to be submitted for this movement. ON WHEEL CLEARANCE facility is only available for regular customers of ICD, Bhusawal. CONCOR reserve the right to refuse or accept the request of ON WHEEL CLEARANCE. # GST tax as applicable.

H. LONG DISTANCE MOVEMENT (TRAILER ARRANGED BY SHIPPER):

If the customer is using his own transport for carrying loaded container from ICD Bhusawal to gateway port, in that case CONCOR will charge Private Vehicle charges of Rs.500/- for 20’ container and Rs.1000/- for 40’ container. Indemnity Bond on Rs.100/- stamp paper & NOC of the shipping line is required to be submitted for this movement. These charges are in addition to prevailing THC. CONCOR reserve the right to refuse or accept the request to allow the shipper to move the export loaded container. # Service tax as applicable
