Notice is hereby given that

a) Resolutions of the kind contemplated in sec-tion 75A of the Local Government: MunicipalSystems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) were passedby the Municipal Council on 2010-03-05 regard-ing the matter set out below:• City Hall Hire (Ref. 6/5/2/1)b) Copies of the said resolutions and the

annexed tariffs of charges are available forinspection at the undermentioned locations.i) Foyers of City Hall (Dr Pixley kaSeme [for-merly West] Street, Electricity Headquarters(Jelf Taylor Crescent), Water Headquarters(Prior Road) and City Engineers (KE Masinga[formerly Old Fort] Road).ii) Regional Centres throughout theMunicipality.c) The effective date for the implementation ofthe said tariffs of charges is 2010-07-01.
