• PSG is owned and operated by Lisa Ealy and Clifton Ealy, with a combined business experience of over 40 years.

WHAT IS A PURPLE SQUIRREL

A Purple Squirrel is a term used in human resources and recruiting for an elusive candidate, with exactly the right qualifications and experience, to match the client’s role or need. The term is synonymous with the phrase “ideal candidate.” We selected this as our name because we believe we can be the ideal HR group for all of your needs.

WHY WE EXIST

At the Purple Squirrel Group, we focus on delivering simple talent solutions including; talent management, strategic HR planning, employee prescreening services, job readiness, sales and life skills coaching, special projects and training to government agencies, small and mid-sized companies, nonprofits, and churches.

WHO WE ARELisa R. Ealy is Co-Founder of Purple Squirrel Group LLC. Prior to establishing PSG Lisa held many leadership and varied HR roles for Barnes Distribution, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, PolyOne Corporation, Lincoln Electric, LTV Steel, and the United Church of Christ. Lisa received the Bachelor of Science in accounting and business management from Central State University, and the Master of Business from Cleveland State University.  Clifton M. Ealy is Co-Founder of Purple Squirrel Group LLC. Cliff brings more than 30 years of executive level sales and marketing experience. He has lead several successful sales teams with HP, Digital Equipment Corporation, Glenayre Electronic, Bellcore and IBM. Cliff earned the Bachelors of Science degree in psychology and computer science from Nathaniel Hawthorn College.
