- Calls Meeting to Order- Does General Welcome,
Acknowledgements- Ensures Agenda will be followed- Informs persons beforehand of
roles during meeting- If President absent? …….

- Future
PROTOCOL FOR MEMBERS
- President must ALWAYS be addressed
- Reference to other Rotaractors- Informing of absence or
lateness, reports, submitted, etc.
“President John, Fellow Rotaractors & Guests”
- Guests should not introduce themselves
- Greeter/Sarge welcome guests, visitors
- Thank you for coming- Did you enjoy the meeting?- Did you sign our guestbook?
AGENDA- Must be adhered to- Guest Speaker as second to
last item on agenda- Last item is Vote of Thanks- All “business” conducted before
any activities- No Politics/Religion- Grace should be invocation for
all denominations

- Respond within 48 hours of receiving email
- Protocol must be observed :
