Steps

1 Open Hotmail.com Homepage. Hotmail has it’s another name Outlook.com, you can use it also for the same. Click on Sign in.

• You can recover inactive accounts for up to 365 days since the last time you logged in. You can recover it manually anytime.

3 Click on “I forgot my password” and go to “Next”.

4 Enter the Email address you need access to in “Microsoft Account” field. Fill out the Captcha then go to “Next”.

5 Select a Verification process. You have to choose a Verification method in order to access your account again. Click on the Tab above to get a verification code and click on “Next”.

6 Fill out the form(if Necessary). If you had chosen another Tab in previous form, you have to fill it and this will send the verification code to your alternative email that you entered once.

7 Get your Verification code via Email. If you have selected the Email for Verification method, Get your verification code in your alternative email. Check your email.

8 Enter your Verification code received in your Alternative Email.

9 Reset your Password. As of now you have your account access again, Create your new password at once.

10Log into your Account Again. Now you have created your new password, So Log into your account. Access it. Congratulation!!
