Proposal to Sponsor “Corporate T20 Cricket Challenge”- 2014 Dear Sir / Madam, After the grand success of “Corporate T20 Cricket Challenge -2013”, “NEXT GAME” along with “D-Evenment” is now heading for “Corporate T20 Cricket Challenge – 2014” for the 2nd time in March, 2014. The biggest and real cricket fever is back again to entertain corporate conquerors. This year it will be bigger than last year and we guarantee 100% cricket excitement. This is a twenty-20 format Cricket tournament, being played between the employees of different corporate houses. This tournament will be carried out in the Ply Ground of BUET. So many exclusive contents are designed to create a joyous moments and inspiration among the participating corporate. We are confident and working heart and soul to make this event to be a grand success and remarkable ever. After the huge success of ‘Corporate T20 Cricket Challenge -2013’, the biggest

and real cricket fever is back again to entertain corporate conquerors. The main

motive behind the event is to provide a common platform for all the corporate

people to come face to face, as team players, as opponents, fighting for the same

cause, crushing each other’s efforts to make it to the top, but having a time of their

life doing this all. It is to ensure that the mundane lives have something to cheer

for, something to make a positive impact in not only the personal life, but the

professional life as well. It is to re-kindle the sportsman spirit and give the rusted

bodies a wakeup call, to make one feel young again and to give that repressed

cricket expert another chance to boast about the knowledge of the game. The war

Promotion Plan

Aggressive outdoor marketing initiatives would be taken for the promotions of this mega tourney through various media vehicles and extensive media coverage are planned throughout the duration of the Tournament described below.

LOGO UNVEILING & PRESS CONFERENCE The logo of the event will be unveiled through an exclusive opening ceremony and a Press Conference will be arranged in presence of all the Players, Organizer & Sponsors’ representatives. TELEVISION The press conference and the event will be covered in the news of several television channels. The TVC or promo of the event can be aired in the television channels which depend on the sponsor’s behalf. NEWSPAPER Most of the daily national papers will cover the press conference and the tournament as well. Advertisement of the event can be placed several times in the leading Daily News Papers which depend on the sponsor’s behalf. POSTER & LEAFLETS 10 thousand posters will be made and pasted in all the areas of the Dhaka city to promote the event. 10 Thousands glossy leaflets will be given to school, collage & university students and their parents. RADIO The press conference and the tournament will be covered in the news of other FM Radio channels. The RDC of the event can be aired in the radio channels which also depend on the sponsor’s behalf. ONLINE PROMOTION Commercial FACEBOOK advertisement for One month and new event will be created in FACEBOOK to promote the event. We will send invitation to thousands of FACEBOOK users and e-mail to thousands of corporate persons through e-mail marketing. STANDING BANNERS & FESTOONS To promote the event we will make festoons and Standing banners with the title of the event and all the names and logos of our partners, contributors and sponsors. These promotional items will be placed in all around the venues, participant’s offices, local important places & roadsides as well.
