Background International Youth Summer Camps is an annual event organized by a youth organization in Turkey called Youth Academy. The organization aims to develop the soft skills of the youths as well as providing English language learning center for high school students with a way to bring youth from different parts of the world who are proficient in English by following their three major events. Three of the big event is the International Youth Summer Camps, International Bus and Youth Conference. Youth Academy has four values that are become the foundation of the organization. The value is motivation, energy, foreign language, cultural diversity.

Aim

1. Increasing capacity in terms of leadership for each participant that follow.

2. Developing soft skills, especially the ability of youths. 3. Helping high school students in Turkey in learning English. 4. Introducing the cultural diversity of each participant to the other

participants. 5. Delivering world peace mission to interpret the meaning of the

difference.
