The Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) has committed to developing a New Oil Port Terminal in Djibouti (Africa) located in Doraleh area, so other oil companies (Shell, Mobil, Total, Ethiopian Petroleum-EPE) have been offered land at Doraleh to develop similar facilities. DPI (Dubai Ports International) has committed to developing the oil jetty to serve the new terminal(s) and, also, constructed the road link from Doraleh to the Djibouti – Ethiopia highway.
