PROJECT R.E.A.L. FINAL PROPOSAL FORM: InstructionsComplete the following Proposal Form for Project REAL by answering the questions in each of the four

sections. You and your sponsor should discuss and agree on the answers for sections 3 -5 before you enter the details. You, your sponsor and your parents/guardians must sign the completed proposal form before you turn it in.

HOURSPresent a schedule of weekly working hours to average at least six (6) hours per day, thirty (30) hours per week, or sixty (60) hours for the two week period (you must work no fewer than 20 hours in any week). Lunch must be added to this number of working hours.
