    A city code violation had been committed by the sales team. The city was going to make the company tear the house down at a cost of $75,000 to rebuild. I persuaded the city to allow us to continue building with some design changes I implemented. Impact: We were able to continue building the house with no constructiondelays, or loss of revenue for a savings of $75,000.
