How easy is it to learn, how easy is it to use?
Microsoft Project is very easy to use and learn. They provide lots of help, tutorials and online learning videos. They provide good technical
support and have community of users who can help if stuck with any issues.
JIRA is also very easy to use and learn. User needs only web browser to access the software and they provide help, tutorials and learning videos. It’s
not at all complicated to use and mostly used by Software Projects.
Smartsheet is probably the most easy to use and learn as it has User Interface like Excel spreadsheet and most of the work is done using
spreadsheet which is easy to use and learn. User needs only web browser to access the application. They provide help, tutorials and on line learning
videos.
Primavera has many features and many different versions and sometimes it will be little difficult for the users to learn all features considering the
breadth and depth of features. User interface is easy to use and learn. They have online tutorials, videos and support.

Microsoft Project Microsoft Project both desktop and web-based has got many different pricing options ranging from $33 user/month for Cloud based SaaS Subscription.
Licensing also varies from installing on 1 PC to 5 PCs and number of users.
JIRA JIRA software can be hosted on cloud or on server and it’s pricing model ranges from $10 per month upto 10 users to $75 per month upto 15 users.
Smartsheet Smartsheet can be hosted on server and it’s pricing model ranges from $10 per user per month, $15 for 3 or more user per month.

They have free and good Knowledge base articles which helps users for any issues faced. Microsoft community provides online answers, how-to resources and connections with other Microsoft Project customers.
JIRA JIRA provides documentation, tutorials and learning videos for all it’s products and also has online community for posting any questions. They have three paid premier support options for Enterprise customers with different SLAs – Standard Free/Year, Premier $35,000/year and Technical Account Management $60,000/year.
Smartsheet Smartsheet provides on demand training, tutorial and videos to help learn Smartsheet. They have different plans and pricing but need to contact there customer support team for exact pricing and details. They also have Smartsheet community where user can post questions and get answers.
