4) Vast natural resources as lakes, forests, rivers, microclimates.
5) Very attractive as a development as well as investment region.
1) Have a big possibilities due to ecological friendly environment.
2) Have undeveloped lands.
3) Have some tourist infrastructure in place.
4) Have a popularity as a summer vacation town.
5) Have the Lake.
6) Have a willing to change, residents and City Officials.
And we have the ideas, knowledge and will to make this happened… to change the image of this town to a European Vacation Retreat.
Project GREAT ISLAND (GI)
What are our Concepts?
We are not interested in purchasing of the Island or any part of it.
We would be happy, if City of Iława would be as active partner in this Project.
Our project will have positive affect on growth of this Town.
This Project will in fact, create increase in popularity of the town in the region. Consequently, this will increase interest of foreign and domestic investors and begin many new investments in this region.
Our Project is focusing on renovation of tourist industry and developing business, educational and entertainment industries, with preservation of natural aspects of the Island, Wielka Żuława, which we are planning to develop.
