Developer’s Leasing Activity

Holy Grail, Johnny Rockets, Toby Keith, and Police Welcome Center open and operating.

The Tin Roof and Crave are finalizing permits and preparing to start construction.

Mahogany’s lease is executed; project is in design phase.

Lease executed with The Wine Guy; design is underway.

Ruth’s Chris is designing their space; construction anticipated to begin second quarter 2012.

Bid Packages #5, #6, and #7 are closed out. Substantial work was completed this month by the DBE contractors on Bid Packages #9 & #11; final billings are projected to meet ODOT goals.
