investment From critical analysis of innovative biomodels and bioconcepts to building strategies for technology development and commercialization to communicating biodiscoveries to the public, the PSM in Bioinnovation offers the skills to help recent graduates and current professionals accelerate their careers or transition into exciting business, research and public policy sectors. Working closely with faculty and within small teams, the PSM in Bioinnovation combines classroom instruction, home-based assignments, professional internships and individual research.

Professional Science Master’s programs Developed by the Council of Graduate School and industry, the PSM degree is designed for individuals wishing to pursue advanced scientific training and develop skills highly valued by non-academic employers. PSM graduates interact comfortably with researchers and clinicians as well as with managers, especially in the marketing, finance and legal departments, and are uniquely equipped to manage research breakthroughs. Learn from experts The program draws from the strengths of Temple’s experienced faculty in both the College of Science and Technology and the Fox School of Business. In addition, students work with, and learn from, bio-industry professionals, including academic and non-academic scientists, physicians, lawyers, managers and journalists. Customize your curriculum By combining core courses, electives and special projects, students can create a flexible program tailored to their own industry or career goals. Elective courses focus on three distinct areas: Current Topics in Bioinnovation; Implementation of Biodiscoveries in Health and Other Industries; and Bioinnovation in Environment and Society.
