破碎生产线基本流程介绍：Stone crushing production line basic process description:1、石料通过给料机输送到粗破进行初级破碎。Big size stones are transferred to primary crusher through vibrating feeder for primary crushing.2、经过粗破后的物料会通过皮带机输送到二破进行二级破碎。The crushed materials after primary crushing are transferred to secondary crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing.3、二级破碎后的物料经振动筛筛分成不同规格的物料，符合要求的通过皮带机输送至成品料堆场，不符合要求的物料通过皮带机返回二级破碎进行再次破碎。The crushed materials after secondary crushing will be transferred to the vibrating screen and sep -arated to different sizes. The aggregate with sui -table size will be transferred to the final product pile and aggregate with unsuitable size will be tra -nsferred to the secondary crusher for recrushing again.

The aggregate size can be fed into sand making system will go into sand making machine for making sand, the other parts will be back into secondary crusher for re-crushing.4、进制砂机的石子一部分制成沙子，经洗砂机（可选）清洗后制成成品沙，不符合要求的沙子进制砂机再次破碎。Part of the aggregate are delivered into sand making machine will be crushed into sands, after cleaning by sand washing machine(optional), which will be as finished sands, and the other aggregate with unsuitable size will be back into sand making machine for re-crushing again.
