Standard Packaging: STEPAN-MILD L3 is available in 55 gallon drums. Clearances STEPAN-MILD L3 is exempt from the U.S. TSCA Inventory when used solely as a Cosmetic Ingredient.

Mixing Procedure:

Into a suitable vessel equipped with mixing, heating and cooling capabilities, add D.I. Water, STEPANOL WA-EXTRA, STEPAN SLL-FB and STEPAN-MILD L3. Start mixing and heat to 130-135°F. When solution is clear, start cooling to room temperature. At 90°F add flax extract, mix well. Add preservatives, fragrance and dye, mix well. Adjust viscosity with sodium chloride and pH with sodium hydroxide or citric acid if necessary.
