AIR OPUS® is a revolutionary folding camper with endless possibilities for adventure! It is ultra-lightweight and extremely easy to tow, even with a small car. Its low profile allows for all round visibility, so you can hitch up and drive away stress-free and with total confidence. Although it’s small and easy to manouvreit is also strong, rugged and extremely versatile. With two reinforced lids and a universal racking system AIR OPUS® is the perfect load-carrying platform. Carry boats, carry bikes, carry kayaks, carry kites, carry anything, carry everything.

AIR OPUS® uses AIR pole technology to inflate the camper in around 90 seconds. Head inside to complete the interior set up and you will find soft double beds for the perfect nights sleep; plush leatherette seating for a comfortable place to relax. Stainless steel sink with running water, kitchenette with gas hobs and a refrigerator, heating, lighting, plug sockets, plus many more home comforts. All of which make AIR OPUS® inviting, relaxing and comfortable.

We don’t think you should have to choose between practicality and comfort,the AIR OPUS® can comfortably sleep up to 6 & the optional AIR awningwith single point inflation provides further accomodation for 4 along witha large additional living space.

The AIR OPUS® has been designed for use in all seasons, come rain or shine, you’ll have the perfect base to relax in after a day full of adventures! The Poly-Cotton Canvasis heavy duty and tested to withstand the elements. We use advanced triple layertechnology in our AIR tubes to create the most durable product on the market;

tested on a Cornish cliff face to withstand brisk winds.

The external aluminium frame of the AIR OPUS® has huge weight saving benefits, yet provides rigidity and strength. The inset panels also constructed from polycarbonate are fully insulated to maximise internal warmth for those chilly nights away! The AIR OPUS® uses a German engineered and built AL-KO A-Frame Chassis which complies with European Type Approval. The overall weight is just 800kg! We then offer 4different chassis rating options depending on the category of your driving licenceand your desired payload. Our most popular rating is 1050kg, leaving a 250kg payload

for all your personal items and adventure gear.

The camper is braked and comes complete with 13 pin electrics for easy hook up toyour tow vehicle. The 13 pin electrical system allows the leisure battery to chargewhilst driving and will even keep your fridge cool! Due to the AIR OPUS® being

lightweight and the trailer being braked, towing is completely hassle free!

The interior created by our UK design team is functional, accessible and luxurious.Finished to the highest quality, the AIR OPUS® offers everything you need in abundance. Electric heating means you can head out for adventures any time of the year and the cooking, seating and bedroom areas provide real comfort.

The 2.5 metre ceiling height provides plenty of headroom and a real sense ofspace. The signature skylights let light flood in during the day and can becovered up at night or left open for star-gazing! Prepare, cook and enjoy meals making use of the stylish kitchenette featuring sink, fridge*, microwave*, gas hob, shelving and worktop space. If you require more living and sleeping space, then the AIR awning with single point inflation is perfect; we have all possibilities covered!

Configurations - flexibility & freedom

We understand both freedom and flexibilty are important, the AIR OPUS® can be configured from a 4 to a 10 berth camper depending on your party size. The AIR OPUS®

itself is able to sleep 4 permanently in the two fixed double beds located at eachend of the AIR OPUS®. An additional double bed can be created by lowering the

table and arranging the leatherette to sleep a further 2 people.

When fitted, the spacious AIR awning can sleep a further 2 people in each of the bedroom pods and provide a large additional living area. AIR OPUS® can comfortably sleep up to 10 people, balancing efficient design and luxury living. Each ofthese spaces can be adjusted and customised to best suit your party size

and requirements.

The new lightweight AIR awning uses the same triple layer AIR beam technology, an extendable hose is fitted inside the camper to inflate the awning, also making use of the 12v pump and inflation switch. For ease of use, the awning can even be left attached during packdown or removed from the main canvas and packed

in the storage bags provided.

Awning - the need for space!Our AIR Awning is custom made and designed to compliment the shape and style of the AIR OPUS® itself. It’s incredibly fast to set up and pack down, using the same triple layer AIR beam technology as the main canvas. Simply zip the awning onto the main canvas, attach the extendable hose to the single inflation point, press ‘inflate’ and watch your living space double in size. Then peg out the awning and hey presto!

The AIR Awning adds a large additional living space and a further two inner bedrooms transforms your AIR OPUS® to a 10 berth camper. Meaning enough space for you, your kids, both sets of grandparents (in-laws optional) and whoever else you might want to come along.

Construction - Quality & DurabilityOur AIR OPUS® campers are designed and manufactured specifically to ensure maximum strength, longevity and ease of use whilst keeping overall weight to a minimum. The details below demonstrate the technical construction methods and highlight all aspects of our unique award winning design.

ALUMINIUM DIBOND WALLSThe external and internal walls of the AIR OPUS are constructed from Aluminium Dibond. This consists of two aluminium panels, separated by a Polyethylene core; providing a strong and lightweight outer shell.

POLYSTYRENE INSULATIONA 20mm thick sheet of Polystyrene sits between the internal and external Aluminium Dibond walls to provide insulation.

WATER PROOFED 10-PLY FLOORBuilt using 10-ply sheeting, with a water proofed layer to the bottom and a dark wood veneer to the top. This is then topped and sealed with industrial strength vinyl flooring.

POWDER-COATED ALUMINIUM FRAMEThe frame is constructed using specially cast and welded aluminium. This helps keep our camper light and easy to tow and move, while ensuring maximum strength. The aluminium is then finished with a high quality powder coat to ensure longevity.

HIGH STRENGTH BONDINGPanels, frames and flooring are secured using a combination of screws, aluminium rivets and high strength bonding agent before being sealed with silicone.

WATER TIGHT FINNED SEALSWhen the lids are closed and clamped down they are sealed tight with finned rubber seals for ultimate protection from water ingress.

PRESSURISED GAS SPRINGSHighly pressurised gas springs are fitted to the lids to ensure easy set up, with just one person required to unfold the lids.
