PROCUREMENT NOTICES : Request For Quotation (RFQ)

1. PR1MA Communications Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia) is seeking the services of a

qualified, experienced and reputable Service Provider to provide GPON active equipment solution.

2. To select a Service Provider who is competent in providing Zyxel and Lumia GPON FTTH ACTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR

PR1MA@KAMPUNG PALOH, ensuring minimum 99.5% uptime SLA.

3. To provide efficient and effective service monitoring and management through continuos process and workflow in service

delivery, fault escalation and system maintenance.

4. The contract shall be for one year with an option to extend for another year.
