TENDER OBJECTIVE :

1. PR1MA is seeking the services of qualified, experienced and reputable Solution Provider to provide a

PR1MA Mobile Application (PMA) for the general public to register and apply online for PR1MA homes

via any mobile device.

2. The Solution Provider is to study, recommend, plan, design, develop, install, configure, integrate, test,

commission, publish, provide training, documentation, project management, maintain and support

during the contract period.

3. The PMA should be able to integrate and interface with PR1MA Registration System (PRS), Customer

Relationship Management (CRM) System and MS Exchange Online which is built on Cloud technology;

4. The PMA should be able to integrate and interface with Contact Center Solution. PR1MA plans to use

contact Center Agents to manage chats via the PMA.

5. The Solution Provider to provide consultancy services on mobile application best practices.

6. The PMA must support Bahasa Malaysia and English language.

7. The PMA must support iOS and Android platforms.

8. The Solution Provider MUST have a Technical Support office in Malaysia that provides technical and

helpdesk support.
