WIKA

Pressure, temperature and calibrationDuring the course of the last six decades, the name WIKA has evolved into a byword for smart and sophisticated solutions in the field of pressure and tem-perature measure-ment systems and in the field of calibra-tion technology. The demands of our customers are highly varied – but this is matched by the di-versity of our product range. Rather than just a supplier of high-quality measurement technology, we see ourselves as a competent partner who will work hand-in-hand with our customers to develop individually tailored solutions. We can develop prod-ucts for you which are perfectly tuned into your specific require-

ments. Don’t miss the opportu-nity to come and see WIKA at

stand B21 in hall 7. This year again we will be pre-

senting a whole host of new products and innovations, including the electronic pres-sure switch PSD-30 with IOLink, robust pressure gauges in everlast® design, and our new handheld pressure calibrator CPH 6600. We also have

interesting new products on show at our stand in the

fields of explosion protection and functional safety (SIL).www.wika.deHall 7, Stand B21

Endress+Hauser

Improving efficiency with integrated conceptsThe expert for measuring instru-ments, services and solutions for industrial process engineering will be unleashing a dazzling dis-play of innovations at the HAN-NOVER MESSE. A special focus will be on integrated and uni-form device concepts for analysis measuring technology and flow rate and fill level measuring sys-tems. Here, the world firsts Promass E2-wire (a reliable coriolis flow measurement system with attractive two-wire technology) and the Levelflex FMP55 (the first multiparameter transmitter for separating layer measure-ments) deserve a mention. Another highlight is the new four-wire measuring transducer Liquiline M CM442, which is set to cause quite a stir together with its digital sensors using the

Memosens protocol. Alterna-tively, visitors will also have the chance to get to know the en-ergy monitoring system for transparent representation of energy consumption. With the new design concepts and solu-tions from Endress+Hauser you can increase both the efficiency and the safety of your plants and systems.www.de.endress.comHall 7, Stand E29

GERMEX

Smart calibration systems

The calibration of process sys-tems is often still treated as a bare necessity. However, tar-geted calibrations can and should achieve a great deal more: continuous optimization and hence tangible cost savings. Our integrated calibration solu-tion is the perfect way to bring together individual components like calibration management, testing equipment and profes-sional service processes. Here, not only is the interface be-

tween the process calibrator and the calibration software auto-mated. There is also a perma-nent, bi-directional exchange of data between the calibration management and the company-specific ERPTool (e.g. SAP®, Maximo). Improvements in terms of quality and efficiency are a logical consequence of this integration. Another new prod-uct on display is a fieldbus calibrator for PA & H1 which is approved for use in EX areas.GERMEX GmbH

Multifunctional, programmable measuring transducerRegardless of what it is that you need to measure – currents, voltages, resistances or tem-perature – the new V604s sig-nal converter will unify all ofthe functions in a single device with a basic accuracy of 0.1 percent. Here, safety is the key: the SINEAX V604s protects man and machine through high-level electrical isolation of all cir-cuits. Two inputs and two out-puts can be freely linked with each other, allowing calcula-tions to be performed and sensors to be monitored (pre-dictive maintenance). All input and output data can be commu-nicated via MODBUS as stand-ard. In addition, a relay is avail-able for free programming. For more than 60 years, at Camille Bauer AG we have of-

fered our customers exception-ally high-quality measurement solutions which are fully tailored to their needs. Our products in the fields of high-tension cur-rent, rotation angle and process measuring technique are sure to impress and excite you as well.www.camillebauer.comHall 7, Stand E26

BD|SENSORS GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed and internationally active group of companies which develops, pro-duces and markets electronic pressure measurement devices ranging from low-cost devices to high-end products for almost all industrial applications. Poten-tial fields of application range from environmental technology, plant and machine construction, the food industry, pharmaceuti-cals and the chemical industry to marine applications. This hid-den champion from the Ober-franken region will be presen-ting the following new products at the Hannover Messe:

DM10 – low-cost digital pressure gaugeDPS 200 – differential pressure transmitter

DMP 303 / DMP 304 – pressure measurement transformer for high and extreme pressuresCIT series – new display pro-gram with switching points, Ex-approval, digital interfaces

Come and visit BD|SENSORS, the specialist for electronic pressure & fill level measuring technol-ogy, who will offer products, consultation and service all to the highest standards. www.bdsensors.deHall 7, Stand B28

Alongside many other new and innovative products, KROHNE will be presenting measuring devices for natural gas, steam and satu-rated steam, process and applica-tion gases in a dedicated area. Interested users will thus be given the opportunity to experi-ence the different measuring principles and solutions hands-on, and to discuss them with the experts on hand. With the TT51 temperature measuring trans-former, the company has added a new product to its OPTITEMP temperature portfolio. The device sets new standards in terms of accuracy and diagnostic func-tions, and ensures a high level of application safety even in safety-related applications (SIL2). The OPTIWAVE 6300 is being pre-sented as a new addition to the

range of fill level measurement products. With its unique drop antenna, the device is designed for contactless measurements of solid matter even under the most extreme conditions. A number of new products have been added to the range of flow measure-ment products: alongside solu-tions for temporary flow meas-urements with ultrasonic snap-on devices, devices for gas and steam measurements are also on show.www.krohne.deHall 7, Stand C13

Bayer Technology Services

SpectroBAY® – the processspectrometer systemDuring the last dec-ade, spectroscopic analysis methods have helped to fur-ther establish single-substance-specific analytical methods in the process industry. This applies in par-ticular to spectro-scopic measurements in the near-infrared range (NIR). Spectro-scopic measurements are the technology of choice for or-ganic solvents, polymer melts and solid matter in order to monitor chemical reactions and processing in real-time. The modular system Spectro-BAY® is perfectly suited to integration in a process man-agement concept, for example

for the control of distillation towers or for optimized running of continu-ous systems and batch systems. The range of applica-tions for Spec-troBAY® also in-cludes the monitor-ing of polymeriza-tions, syntheses of active chemical

ingredients or formulation steps like mixing and granu-lating.www.bayertechnology.comHall 7, Stand C35

FieldConnex makes it possible: a DART fieldbus with intrinsi-cally safe high-power trunk and spur lines maximizes cable lengths and the number of field de-vices. This means that the trunk and spur cables can be routed together and also be made blue. In the process, invest-ment security is preserved: all Entity field devices currently in existence fit with single proof of intrinsic safety (Ex ib) – once per spur. Another high-light of this year’s fair: Wire-lessHART. Following on from last year, when Pepperl+Fuchs predominantly informed visitors about the technologi-cal aspects of WirelessHART, the first products are now

freely available. A Wireless-HART gateway, a WirelessHART adapter and a WirelessHART temperature converter will be on show.www.pepperl-fuchs.deHall 7, Stand C14

VEGA

Radar fill level measurementstaken to new levels

The optimized radar fill level measuring technology from VEGA has now become even more versatile and safe. The entirely newly developed electronics enable significantly greater measuring accuracy and therefore offer greater reliability particularly for me-dia with poor reflective prop-erties. This is complemented with optimized antenna sys-tems and additional housing designs which will enable de-manding applications in the chemical industry, petrochem-istry, power station technol-

ogy and the bulk goods indus-try to profit increasingly from the advantages offered by the VEGA radar-based fill level measurement systems. Thanks to the compatibility of the new electronics with pre-vious systems, VEGA has en-sured that replacement and operation of the devices is no problem whatsoever.
