PREAMBLE: High Court Notification No. HCE 34/2016 dated 17.02.2017, inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Assistant Binder on the establishment of the High Court of Karnataka.

ORDER NO. HCE 34/2016

BENGALURU, DATED 29TH MAY 2017

Under High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and

Recruitment) Rules, 1973 as amended from time to time,

Sri. Threemurtha Chari V S/o Ekantha Chari B, residing at opposite old

TVS Show Room, Santhe Maidana, Chitradurga – 577 501 is selected

and appointed as Assistant Binder on the establishment of High Court of

Karnataka, with immediate effect, in the scale of pay of ` 9600 – 200 –

12000 – 250 – 13000 – 300 – 14200 – 350 – 14550 with admissible

allowances as per rules, subject to the conditions enumerated below:

1. He shall be on probation initially for a period of 2 years in accordance with Rule 9 of the High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, 1973, as amended from time to time.

2. The candidate shall be taken on duty only on satisfactory proof of genuineness of original certificates to be produced by him at the time of duty report.

3. The selected candidate will be posted to do book binding work, indexing work, Records Stitching work and Paper Book Stitching work or to do any other works entrusted by the Registry.

4. The candidate has to report for duty within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, failing which his name shall be liable to be cancelled from the Final Selection List.
