We have an increasing number of parents making anoverpayment which is not only an inconvenience for parentswaiting for a refund to appear in their account but also causesa considerable workload for the office staff.

We are always happy to check our records before you makethat payment.

Children Late to School

If your child is late without a Parent or written reason, your childwill come home with a printed late slip (used to be a pale greentyped note). Please add a reason, sign and return to your child’sclass teacher.

Online Payments and Absence notes viaSchoolzine

When making online payments or sending absence notesplease be sure to add your students’ class name or teachername to streamline our processing procedure. With ourgrowing numbers and classes this can be a time consumingtask.

Cut the top of your note and keep on your fridge and returnnote/money in plastic clip/zip lock bag. We will return the baghome with your child to reuse.

School HatsCould you please make sure your child’s name is on his or herhat.

Winter Sports Carnival - Canteen

MPS is required to run a canteen for the PSSA Netball carnivalon Friday 21st June 2019. Jess and Lex are already on schoolcanteen that day, but I was wondering if anyone was in aposition to volunteer for a shift? At this stage I’ve got ScottEnsbey helping out with the BBQ (thanks Scott), and I’ll bethere to help run the canteen. I don’t really know how thisusually works so it’d be great to have some people who havedone it before to show me the ropes.
