Theofanis Giotis Mr. Theofanis Giotis is Founder and CEO of 12PM Consulting. Also he is Co-Founder, owner and CEO of ITEC Training SA & ITEC Solutions SA since 1988. Final-ly he is Co-Founder & President of PMI Greece Chapter since 2004. Theofanis has over 23+ years of professional experience in Project and Program Manage-ment, Information Technology, Economics, Operational Research and Management. As an entrepreneur, consultant and trainer, Theofanis has worked in different cultural environments mainly in EMEA region. Since 1992, he was heavily involved in Project Management when he was part of a team that setup the first PMO in Greece for a Greek Telco for managing a project of €200 million budget. Since 1987 he has managed hundreds of IT/TELCO projects. As an ICT expert he has envisioned, planned, designed, developed and implemented hundreds of Infrastructure Deployment and Application Devel-opment projects for Greek & multinational companies. He has experience in 2 and 3 tier applications using different programming languages and tools (Cobol, DBase II/III/IV, Clipper, Visual Basic, Access, Excel VBA, SQL Server etc). Also, since 1987 he has gained tremendous experience in the field of Information Tech-nology and Project Management (more than 22.000 consulting and training hours). Theofanis has given 120+ presentations in ICT & Project Management and has passed 80+ professional certi-fications. Since Sept. 2005, he has published more than 80 articles for Project Management in Greek profes-sional magazines (the only

columns for Project Management in Greece). Theofanis holds a BA in Economics from Kapodistriako University of Athens, Greece and an MSc in Man-agement (O.R.) from Lancaster University, UK. Also he holds a Computer Programming/Systems Analysis degree from ACE College, Athens, Greece. He was certified as a PMP® in 2003 and has graduated from PMI® Leadership Institute Masters Class (LIMC) in 2007. He is an adjunct professor at University of Piraeus, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Panteion Uni-versity and BCA College teaching Management Information Systems (MIS), Project Management, Portfolio Management and Enterprise Project Management at MBA level. Theofanis serves as the Interna-tional corresponded of PMFORUM.org and PM AmbassadorTM in Greece. He is a member of PMI 2008 EMEA Global Congress CoPAT. Also he is a member of PMI, IEEE, ISACA & AMACON. D. Terms and conditions for participation on EDITC seminars

1. The company accepts registrations for participation in the seminars at least 5 working days prior to the start of the seminar. EDITC does not commit to accept any registrations received in less than 5 working days before the start of the training program.

2. Written cancellations received 5 working days before the start of the training program are accepted and in the case where a payment has been made by the client, the full amount is reimbursed to the client. Cancellations that do not meet the above term are invoiced. The client may replace the participant(s) provided that they meet the criteria for participation on this program.

3. The company has the right to cancel or postpone a training program up to one day before the start date of the program. All prepayments are returned to clients.

4. All registrations are strictly prepaid except credit customers. EDITC will not allow the entry of participants in the class unless their financial obligations have been settled.

5. EDITC will inform the client upon receipt of the application form. Written confirmation for the implementation of the training program will be sent within 3-5 days before the start date of the seminar. In exceptional cases written confirmation may be sent one day before the start of the program. Participants are encouraged to contact the company in case they did not receive the confirmation.

6. Participants with less than 75% attendance cannot be subsidized by the HRDA and in this case the participants (or their company) will have to pay the amount of the subsidy (in addition to their own payment amount).

7. In case of subsidized programs by the HRDA all the required forms of HRDA must be sent to EDITC before the start of the train ing program. EDITC will not allow the entry of participants in the class unless the HRDA forms have been submitted to EDITC.

8. Certificates of participation will be given to participants after the completion of the course provided that their financial obligations and obligations regarding HRDA forms are settled. Otherwise certificates will be mailed as soon as the above obligations are settled.
