D. Financial Reminderi. Finance ChargeWith Shell Personal Card (Charge Card), you are required to pay the entire amount of the Statement Balance on or before the Payment Due Date. If youpay less than the full balance, a finance charge calculated on daily basis at the rate as specified in the Shell Personal Card (Charge Card) Terms and Conditionswill be levied to your account.

Major Terms and Conditions of Shell Personal Card (Charge Card) Cardholder AgreementCardholder agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions as set out in the relevant Agreement. Cardholder's attention is drawn, in particular, to the terms and conditions listed below, which terms andconditions are more fully detailed in the relevant Agreement.1. Cardholder shall sign on the Card as soon as it is received.2. Cardholder agrees to keep any personal identification number ("PIN") (if applicable) confidential and to inform the Company if the PIN is known to any other person. Cardholder will indemnify the

Company against any losses or liabilities resulting from the PIN being known to any other person.3. Cardholder is responsible for repaying any outstanding balance on time and is liable for penalty charges if the required minimum payment is not made.4. In case of default, Cardholder is liable to pay the costs and expenses reasonably incurred by the Company in recovering the debt.5. If the Cardholder acts fraudulently or with gross negligence, he/she shall be responsible for all losses incurred by the Company.6. The maximum liability for unauthorised transactions before a Card loss is reported shall be HK$500 (Excluding cash advance transaction).7. A statement of account shall be conclusive if the Cardholder fails to report an unauthorisedtransaction within 60 daysfrom the statement date.8. The Company has the right to set off any credit balance maintained by the Cardholder with the Company.9. Principal Cardholders shall be responsible for debts of both the Principal and Supplementary Cards. A Supplementary Cardholder shall only be responsible for debts incurred in using his/her own

Supplementary Card.10.The Company reserves the right to demand immediate repayment.11. The Cardholder has the right to terminate the Agreement if he or she does not accept any amendment to the Agreement proposed by the company.
