The press, public, friends and families of the MusicGarage.Org youth music program are invited to attend a free performance this Saturday, November 12 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. The show will be performed by a dozen musicians from Kamus, Park City and Salt Lake City who rehearse weekly at MusicGarage locations in Heber City and Salt Lake City. Coached by musician and producer, Steve Auerbach and rock singer, keyboardist, actor and model, Allison Martin (Cavedoll, My Dead Ego), these seasonal shows provide live music training for the organization’s larger Spring and Summer shows at venues and festival statewide. Auerbach started the program in 2009 after bringing ‘School of Rock’ to Utah and Colorado from 2005-2008. Uniquely, MusicGarage.Org musicians choose and write the music themselves. MusicGarage has been developing original acts such as the award-winning Advent Horizon , Jane Lyon , Only Export , Karsyn Robb and emerging composer and producer 17 year-old, Dylan Proesch’s Sunday Revival . Auerbach explains, “We’ll feature two short sets from MusicGarage.Org original acts, Jane Lyon and Only Export at this show, but these seasonal shows include cover tunes so that all of our musicians (who may not be in a band yet) in preparation for next Spring and Summer’s festivals . We’ll be doing full-blown original music sets at other shows throughout the winter at our new 5,000 sq ft all-ages concert venue in Salt Lake City.” For this show, t he dozen musicians t rade-off from song-to-song allowing each have a chance to learn and perform. The show will feature the music of Bullet For My Valentine, Led Zeppelin, U2, Evanessence, Rush, Porcupine Tree, Steve Miller Band and more. Park City, UT – Equipped with a sound system, stage and thousands of square feet of cozy pub décor,Park City’s Molly Blooms is a restaurant near Kimball Junction that has invited the MusicGarage.Org youth music program for a return engagement in celebration of the organization’s youth musicprogram’s expansion to Heber City.

The press, public, friends and families of the MusicGarage.Orgyouth music program are invited to attend a free performance thisSaturday, November 12 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
