Savannah is always thinking of others, and she goes out of her way everyday to treat others kindly. Savannah tries hard to cheer up any of her classmates if they are feel sad or upset. She is a great friend to everyone because she listens carefully to what her friends are saying, and values their opinions.

The 1st grade March Student of the Month, is Amelia Ross! She is always kind and helpful to her classmates and myself. For example, she always helps me hand out the lunch tags before lunch to all of her classmates. She also goes right to the carpet quietly for story time after lunch! She works hard and pays attention during lessons while encouraging others to do their best. She is a very respectful student!

Lilah Kelemen is truly a role model of respect. She respects herself by always trying her best and persevering through every assignment. She shows respect to the feelings and needs of other classmates. Lilah always uses her manners when speaking to classmates and adults. She is the first to volunteer to help her fellow classmates. She speaks kindly about her classmates and is a great friend to everyone. Everyday, she strives to show her peers and adults the respect that they deserve. Lilah is a great example to those around her.

Kira Forehand is a very respectful student. She is extremely kind and helpful to her peers and teachers. Kira always pays attention and follows our classroom rules. Rory Harvey is our kind student of the month. Rory is always looking to lend a helping hand whenever possible and he does so with a smile. If a friend needs help, Rory is the first one there without needing to be asked. He is a role model for the rest of the students in the class and is always looking out for his friends to make sure no one is left behind. Rory treats everyone he meets with great respect and kindness.

Baylee Atwater is exceptionally kind to everyone she encounters! She quickly offers to lend a hand or give positive feedback to all of her classmates and teachers. Baylee is always smiling and wants to make sure everyone around her is also feeling cheerful. Earlier this year, after noticing these qualities in Baylee, she was given the nickname "The Queen of Kindness" in our classroom, and every single day she lived up to that name! Congratulations Baylee. We are so very proud of you!
