La Lavorazione Escavazione Marmi S.r.l. – Gruppo Menossi è attiva da oltre 40 anni e si colloca su due aree distinte, dedicate all’attività estrattiva (una cava di travertino romano) su una superficie di circa 230.000 mq. ed alla lavorazione (uno stabilimento con annessi uffici amministrativi in località Latina Scalo). Azienda primaria del settore nel territorio pontino, la Lavorazione Escavazione Marmi si è vista impegnata nelle forniture per opere private e pubbliche di rilievo. La Lavorazione Escavazione Marmi offre forniture di cigli in travertino, marmi e graniti nazionali e d’importazione intervenendo a livello di architettura di esterni ed interni; in grandi immobili; in abitazioni private; nell’arredamento di attività commerciali (uffici, negozi, ecc.) realizzando rivestimenti di facciate, incorniciature di porte e finestre, rivestimenti e pareti, scale, bagni, piani di lavoro per cucine, tavoli, ornamento per caminetti, realizzazione di mobili per uso domestico e di rappresentanza, oggettistica in genere. La pluridecennale esperienza consolidata negli anni attraverso rapporti con operatori italiani ed esteri e la riconosciuta serietà garantiscono, oltre alla qualità dei materiali forniti, i suggerimenti più qualificati per la scelta dei materiali stessi in funzione delle diverse esigenze.

The Company The lavorazione escavazione marmi s.r.l., is located in 2 separates areas and is dedicated to the mining activity (one travertine pit in Cisterna di Latina area) and to the processing (one factory with administrative offices in Latina Scalo). Leading company of the sector in the Pontin area, the L.E.M. has supplied for important public and private works, including the Palace of Culture and the new bus routes in Latina; the Auditorium designed by the Architect Renzo Piano and the Grand Hotel Eden in Rome. L.E.M. supplies travertine borders for road construction and also travertine, marbles as well as national and import granites ; takes part in architectural point of view in interiors and exteriors; for big buildings, small private houses; in interior decorating for business activities (offices, shops, etc) carrying out facing of walls, framing of windows and doors, covering and walls, stairs, bathrooms, work surfaces for kitchens, tables, decorations for fireplaces, house and work interior decorations, gift and fancy goods. The long term experience that has been established through relationships with Italians and foreign dealers has given a reputation of reliability and professionalism and guarantee the quality of the materials supplied and the most qualified suggestions in the chose of the materials according to the different needs.

CÉGISMERTETŐ: A Lavorazione Escavazione Marmi Kft.-Gruppo Menossi Két telephelyen működik, melyből az egyiken a Római Travertin kitermelése folyik mintegy 230.000m2-es területen, míg a másikon -Latina Scaloban- maga a nyersanyag feldolgozása történik, illetve itt találhatók az ehhez kapcsolódó irodák is. LEM Kft. mind a magán szférában, mind a középületek tekintetében a térség egyik legmeghatározóbb kőiparban tevékenykedő cége. A LEM kínálatában szereplő hazai és import márványból, gránitból készített termékek széles skálája megtalálható külső- és belsőépítészeti megoldásokhoz; termékeinket nagyberuházásoknál (irodák,üzletek, stb.) és lakóházak építésekor egyaránt igénybe veszik: - Épületmunkák: homlokzati burkolatok, ablak és ajtó keretezések, ablakpárkányok, könyöklők... - Beltéri munkák: padló- és falburkolatok, lépcsők, fürdőszoba burkolatok... - Lakberendezés: munkalapok, konyhapultok, asztalok, kandalló díszítések, egyedi bútorok és használati tárgyak készítése... - Római Travertinből készült szegélykő. A több évtizedes hazai és külföldi cégekkel való együttműködés során szerzett tapasztalat és a partnereink által elismert megbízhatóság garantálják a minőségi termékek mellett a szakmai hozzáértést és a minden igényt kielégítő színvonalas szolgáltatást.

L’Entreprise : La Lavorazione Escavazione Marmi s.r.l. se situe sur deux aires distinctes, dédiées à l’activité extractive (une carrière de travertin dans le territoire de Cisterna di Latina) et au travail (une entreprise avec des bureaux administratifs à Latina Scalo). Première entreprise du secteur dans le territoire pontin, la L.E.M. s.r.l. a fournit pour des œuvres privées et publiques d’importance, dont le Palais de la Culture et les nouvelles lignes d’autocars de Latina ; l’Auditorium projeté par l’Architecte Renzo Piano et le Grand Hotel EDEN de Rome. La L.E.M. s.r.l. offre des fournitures de bords en travertin pour les constructions routières, non seulement en travertin mais en marbre et granit nationaux et d’importation, intervenant au niveau d’architecture d’extérieure et d’intérieure ; pour de grands immeubles, de petites habitations privées ; d’ammeublement d’activité commerciale (bureaux, magasins, etc…) réalisant des revetements de façades, des encadrements de portes et de fenetres, des revetements et des parois, des salles de bains, des plans de travail pour cuisine, tables, décoration pour cheminées, réalisation de meubles pour emploi domestique et de représentation, objets en général. La pluridécennale expérience consolidée dans les années à travers des rapports avec des opérateurs italiens et étrangers, la renommée garantissent, en plus à la qualité des matériaux fournis, les suggestions les plus qualifiées pour le choix des matériaux memes en fonction des différentes exigences.
