Problem statement

Misuse of priority seats in Bus/MRT. Abuse of privilege.

Introduction

Reserved seat being misused.

Grumpy old man enters and passenger fails to give up seat.

Unnecessary rage outbreak.

Current Situation

October 2015, train employee occupies 2 seats, leaving an old man to squeeze at the corner.

September 2013, being totally ignorant of an old woman standing.

OBJECTIVE & GOALS

Objective: Provide a hassle free priority seat for senior citizens. To provide everyone a safe and enjoyable ride to their

destination.

Goals: Make positive impression at the end of the project. Garner attention from interested 3rd parties.

Future Improvements

Applicable for a wider audience. Better security system. Use a proximity sensor , instead of the limit switch.
