Pre-Migration Checklist to be performed by IT Leads and TTI Engr 1. Check computer - should be windows 7pro and up. 2. Register users to the new AD. (using ADMT tool - based on the users list) Copy the new password generated by the ADMT tool. 3. Make sure to disable any firewall software running on each computer. 4. Manually add the ADMT service account (FPHGROUP\svc-admt) as member of the Local Administrators group on each Workstation(s) you are migrating. 5. Ensure that you can ping the Workstation(s) you are migrating via their fully qualified domain name from the ADMT server. 6. Ensure that you can connect to the Admin$ file share on the Workstation(s) you are migrating from the ADMT server. 7. Try to ping fphgroup.com - make sure new domain name is pingable and reply with any of following IP addresses 10.112.241.10 / 10.112.241.11 / 10.112.15.45 / 10.112.16.46
