PRE-QUALIFICATION - FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS
Dear Valued FM Service Providers,
Etihad Energy Services (“Etihad ES”) was established in 2013 with a mission to make Dubai’s
built environment a leading example of energy efficiency for the region and the world,
through the creation of an energy performance contracting (ESCO) market. As a Super ESCO
(Energy Service Company), it enables the energy performance contracting market in Dubai by
developing energy efficiency and solar rooftop projects targeting more than 30,000 buildings
across the Emirate.
Etihad ES is currently seeking FM Service providers for its newly established Facility Management (FM) division. In order to pre-qualify, FM service providers are required to submit duly filled Pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) (attached) along with supporting documents. Upon successful evaluation and categorization, the FM service providers shall be added to Etihad’s list of pre-qualified companies and such companies shall be invited to participate in upcoming FM tenders launched by Etihad. You are requested to send all the queries regarding this PQQ through email on [email protected] / [email protected] Please submit your PQ registration document for above mentioned services by April 21, 2020 to enable us proceed further.
