Gregory Rice has spent nearly three decades in the financial industry. Several years ago, according to accounts from colleagues, Louis Gregory Rice established a student internship program while at Lazard which received interns by referral from the Harlem Children's Zone.

HCZ aims to give children necessary support to attend college and become contributing members of society. The organization works with more than 12,000 youth, providing them with a variety of programs to handle their daily challenges.
