Main graduation event for only FFAD students. Yacht party consisting of two phases. First phase includes prom dinner. Second phase includes late night party.

o Alsancak Pasaporto Launch area of the yacht.

o Izmir gulf for the yacth route.

› Ocean Ballroom seating 200 persons, 300 persons cocktail capacity.

› Sky Lounge Deck seating arrangement for 60 people, cocktail capacity of 140 persons.

› Cocktail Deck seating 40 persons, 70 persons cocktails capacity

MANAGEMENT OF THE EVENT

› Arrangement of the yacht. (1000TL for the deposit)› Making contact with the catering firm Kervan

Organizasyon.› Gather permissions for the event.› Make a contract with the DJ.› Renting of the sound systems.› Advertisement process.› Ticket sales.› Preparation for the party day.

ADVERTISEMENT PROGRAM

› Poster and ticket preparation.› Stand preparation in the entrance of FFAD building (near of the

security desk).› Hanging posters in the faculty area.› Social network pages for the information.› Distribution of flyers.› Tıcket sales on the stand and by staff.

› Prepare a well constructed graduation party.

graduation party.› Unforgettable memories.› Appeals to everyone.› Flexible party opinions.

PERMISSIONS FOR YACHT

› Notification of the route to the port authority› Notification of the program and gathering permissons for drop-off

and pick-up times› Permission according to the exact number of person from

coastguard command.› License for alcohol beverages of the yacht.

FOR FIREWORKS› First notification to fire department› Then permission from district govarnorate› Lastly permission from pollice office

› STRENGHTS Easy advertisement: Inner circle guests.

› WEAKNESSES People who have sea sickness can not join. Returning conditions are not flexible.

› OPPORTUNITIES Different experiences for the guests.

› THREATS Alcohol may cause some danger in a limited area.
