FINDINGS Most of the students doing these courses are under graduate The awareness level of people regarding HCL CDC is lower as compared to other institutes like JETKING and NIIT Students might be having low affordability as most of the students prefer cheaper courses. HCL CDC provides International certifications like Redhat , Microsoft , Cisco certification which most of the companies demand from the students to be eligible for the job.

SUGGESTIONS It should make good promotional efforts to create awareness regarding the New Courses i.e HCEA, HCE, HCE+ introduced by the company. As a part of a big brand HCL , HCL CDC should make efforts to provide good job opportunities in HCL itself. It should focus on preparing the students in practical more , it should give a more stress on practical knowledge.HCL CDC should reduce the prices of the courses so that it can attract more no of students.

Demand for the computer training courses is being increasing at a rapid rate.

The awareness level regarding HCL CDC and its courses is less as compared to others.

HCL CDC as a new Entrant should provide students with attractive courses to gain the market share.
