Use the Simple Present to express the idea that an action is repeated or regular. The action can be a daily event, a habit, a hobby, a scheduled event or something that often happens.

I have two good friends. They are fun to be with and we enjoy doing many things together. We often go cycling, swimming, skipping and running. We often go to the park to meet other friends too. But the thing we like to do most is drawing. We can draw plants and animals. We once took part in a drawing contest. Although we did not win any prizes, we enjoyed ourselves very much. We had so much fun.
