Africa Our humble beginnings

Our first 150,000 years of existence as homo sapiens was exclusively in Africa. Homo sapiens first emerged in the grasslands of eastern and southern Africa following in the footsteps of many other hominid species before it. Our early ancestors were very simple with stone tools, hand axes and stone blades. Hunting, fishing and gathering food became ways of survival.

Even though these early homo sapiens weren't fully language developed and had very little intelligence as a group they could roam together happily, free from kings ,government or pharaohs because no authority had been established yet.
