• The word Problem comes from the ancient Greek Proballein which means “to throw forward”.
• Seeing problems as opportunities removes self-imposed barriers to creativity and personal growth.

What are the three ways to handle a barrier?
• Pretend it isn’t a barrier: Maybe it will just go away.
• Fight the barrier: This usually makes it bigger.
• Love the barrier: When you do this, the barrier loses its power.

• When we ACCEPT THE FACT that we have a problem we are more likely to find EFFECTIVE ways to deal with it.
