Do you think that British Social Life changes from the Albanian One ?
Home Life
• British families are informal and hospitable.
• Members of the family lead their own life and meet for major meals or afternoon tea also to watch TV together in the evening .
• Britain is a nation of animal lovers . Many people in Britain keep pets . More than 50% of British families own a pet .
• Apart from cats & dogs lots of families keep goldfish and budgerigars .
• But many others are keeping snakes as well as tropical fish and spiders .
• Family
• Family is the basic unit of society and traditional family values remain the main stay of national life.
• Nuclear family
• Usually by family or a nuclear family it is understood a married couple with two children preferably a girl and a boy.
Weddings • Weddings are also popular
in Britain. There are almost 400.000 weddings yearly .
• But there are also couples living together having children without being married .
• Also the number of divorces has risen a lot .
• There are also single mothers having babies out of marriage .
CHILDREN
• Their free time is really a time full of activities. Children enjoy playing and watching sports such as football , cricket , tennis and netball .
• Other popular activities are watching TV , playing computer games and cycling etc .
• Many children belong to clubs such as club scouts , judo, carate , dance and youth clubs .

Teenagers

• Nowdays British are considered as lucky people because they have a lot of equipments and leisure activities .
• The British are very interested in hobbies that may be different and are a good time to pass the leisure time .

7. Holidays ( inside or abroad the country )

• As we can see from the informations above British people like to enjoy their life as well as possible and if they like to do something they do not hesitate.
