WHAT ARE GOVERNMENTS DOING?

WHAT ARE GOVERNMENTS DOING?

To try and eliminate poverty the federal and state governments run many support programs to help the needy. The governments provide low cost housing, social security and legal aid services.

However governments are not doing enough because voluntary organizations are unable to meet the demands for help from the poor.

QUOTE QUOTE

Those who shut their ears to the cry of the poor will themselves also call and not be heard. Proverbs 21:13 You are the god of lowly, the helper of the oppressed, the supporter of the weak, the protector of the forsaken, the savior of those without hope. Judith 9:11
