YOUTH MEDIA2003 - 2009Grand Rapids, MI and Portland, OR
Facilitated the design and implementation a youth media outreach and education program with stakeholders from two community media organizations
Formed partnerships with over 100 classrooms and community-based organizations to bring youth media education workshops to over 2,000 students throughout the Portland metropolitan area Partners included Girls Inc., Schools Uniting Neighborhoods, and I Have a Dream Foundation and classrooms in Portland Public, Gresham-Barlow, and Reynolds school districts
