Tengo 20 años y estudio arqui-tectura desde hace 3 años.

Me interesa generar una arquitectura que sea NATU-RAL y HUMANISTA, donde el ser humano es aquello que rige mi diseño y el principal objetivo es satisfacer sus necesidades, tanto fisicas como sensoriales, donde el producto terminado no sea elemento invasivo.Además buscar siempre una arquitectura natural, donde la naturaleza y el proyecto son un solo elemento.

I am 20 years old, and i have been studying architecture for 3 years now.

I am interested in create an architecture that is natural and humanist, where the human is the one that guides the design, and the principal objective is to satisfacy his needs. Not only physicals, but also emotionals.

Besides, always search for a natural architecture whre nature and design became one.

Se forma permite una mejor resistencia a los vientos, además minimaliza la superficie que esta en contacto con el exterior logrando un mejor intercambio de temperatura

Cuenta con un domo (mejor manera de afirmarse al terreno). Además gana resistencia frente al clima, ya que le viento empuja con menos fuerza.

El volcán forma parte del bosque páramo, donde las características de este se ven claramente reflejadas en el ambiente: bajas tem-peraturas, alta radiación solar, lluvias constantes y terrenos poco estables. Presenta una vegetación de liquenes y plantas bajas, que dotan de color y texturas el lugar.

CALLE DE LA AMARGURASAN JOSE COSTA RICA

“La calle de la amargura” ubicada en los alrededores de la Universidad de Costa Rica, en San Pedro de Montes de Oca, se caracteriza por ser un espacio de interacción tanto social como cultural, en donde los estudiantes logran una desconexión de sus deberes universitarios. Además de albergar una gran cantidad de tiendas que aseguran su constante uso por cualquier tipo de población.

“La calle de la amargura” is located around the University of Costa Rica, in San Pedro de Montes de Oca. Is charac-terized as an area of both, social and cultural interaction, where students gain a university duties of. But is not only focus on students, another important caracteristic is that this place have a lot of different stores that guarantees contant using.

Se toma en cuenta las visuales tanto externas como internas del terreno con el fin de dirigir aperturas hacia las mismas; además de buscar romper con el flujo en diagonal que se puede llegar a generar en una plaza convencional.

It is important in the process of design to take into acount certain variables like visuales (both external and internal), with the purpose of create different openings in those directions; and the potential flow it would create a mall in the place, destroy the flow and propose a new one.

Lograr una sensación de libertad y espacialidad, donde las personas puedan comprar y realizar distintas activi-dades en un ambiente relajado y contrastante con su entorno caótico. Es por eso que el programa se divide en dintistas cápsulas, donde cada una de ellas alberga un tipo de comercio. Además de cambiar la perspectiva del cómo se compra en una plaza, donde se crean espacios de estadía para compartir o ver aquello que se vende.

Create a place where people can buy and do different activities in a relax enviroment, with the principal idea of contrast with the caotic context. As a result the program look for an organization in capsules, so each capsule will contain a certain type of trade. Also the project looks to change how a mall sells his prod-ucts, so the common areas are emphasize in order to create socialization.

El proyecto logra contrastar de una manera positiva con su entorno, tanto en forma, materi-ales como en sensaciones de confort hacia el peatón.

La comunicación entre cápsulas se da por medio de puentes que se convi-erten en el techo o terrazas de las mismas cápsulas, de esa manera todo se encuentra conectado y comunicado por una red.

El lote se ubica en Tres Ríos de Cartago, especifica-mente en el área de La Carpintera. En contacto con entono natural inmediato, ayuda a la potencialización de distintas sensaciones en cuanto a elementos natu-rales como luz, lluvia y viento. Se encuentra localizado en el límite sensorial entre ciudad y montaña, en donde a unos pocos metros se puede tener ambas admósferas.

Its located in Tres Ríos, Cartago; specifically in the area called La Carpintera. In contact with the natural envi-roment, helps the potentitation of different feelings related to natural elements like light, rain and wind. Also, its located on the boundary between city and mountain, where in a few minutes you can have both admospheres.

El sendero se forma como una red a través de todo el proyecto, logrando una clara comunicación. Además se busca que el sendero entre a la casa y se convierta en un solo elemento, es por eso la creacion del jardin interno como remate visual del mismo.
