ESCUELA FUNDACIÓN ARENA 1MAS+ ARQ

Escuela diseñada para niñosautistas, en la cual lacirculación vertical principalparte de una rampa central, aunadaa recorridos dentro y fuera deledificio busca otorgar unaexperiencia enriquecedora a lossentidos de los niños que usan eledificio.

School designed for autisticchildren, in which the mainvertical circulation is a centralramp, coupled with paths insideand outside the building that seekto provide a rich sense forchildren who use the building.

CONJUNTO DE USO MIXTO DELTA

Ubicado a orillas del río Santa Lucía, elproyecto residencial se proyecta para albergardepartamentos de venta y renta para diferentesnecesidades. Las atractivas fachadas revestidasde paneles prefabricados, acero y cristal, conjuegos de colores y texturas, crean unaintegración visual y sensorial. Se diseñanterrazas ajardinadas para disfrutar mejor de lasvistas. La fachada modulada y orientada demanera óptima, contribuye a la eficienciaenergética y al ahorro en el consumo eléctrico.

Situated on the banks of the river Santa Lucia,the residential project is planned to houserentals and sales departments for differentneeds. Facades with prefabricated panels, steeland glass, with games of colors and texturescreate a visual and sensory integration. Gardenterraces are designed to enjoy the views. Themodulated facade oriented optimally contributesto energy efficiency and savings in electricityconsumption.

La plaza cuenta con métodos paraamortiguar el castigo que el solproporciona a las fachadas, utilizandoparasoles y materiales de altadensidad térmica. Elaboración deplanos constructivos y de diseñoutilizando el software de AutodeskRevit MEP.

The square has methods to mitigatethe punishment that the sun providesto the facades, sunshades and usinghigh heat density materials.Development of the design andconstruction drawings using AutodeskRevit MEP software.

OBSERVATORIO BOREAL ÁRTICO (OBA) 5MAS+ ARQ

Participación en el concurso OBA deArchmedium. Desarrollando un observatoriopara la aurora boreal proyectado enFinlandia, cerca del circulo polarártico. Se utilizó el desnivel propio delterreno para jerarquizar los elementosdel conjunto e integrarlos.

Participation in the contest ArchMediumOBA. Developing a complex planned for theobservation of northern lights inFinland, near the Arctic Circle. Theuneven terrain was used to arrange theelements and integrate them.

CENTRO DE CONGRESOS SAN PEDRO 6MAS+ ARQ

Diseño de conjunto de localescomerciales, aunados a un centro deconvenciones. Planeado para la zona deSan Pedro Garza García, se integra elpaisaje al recinto comercial por mediodel empleo de voladizos en el auditorioprincipal y desniveles artificiales.

Overall design of commercial complex,combined with a convention center. Plannedfor the San Pedro Garza Garcia, thelandscape is integrated with the shoppingarea through the use of overhangs in themain auditorium and artificial slopes.

TOKYO REPLAY CENTER 7MAS+ ARQ

Proyección de un centro deconvenciones en Tokio, Japón.Como participación en elconcurso de arquitectura deArchmedium. Se propone unauditorio subterráneo y dosbloques de edificios unidosentre sí por puentes. Seplantea además una estructurametálica central para cadabloque, la cual por medio decables de acero sostiene aledificio.

Design of a convention centerin Tokyo, Japan. As aparticipation in thearchitectural competitionArchMedium. An undergroundauditorium and two blocks ofbuildings linked by bridges isproposed. It also has a centralmetal structure for each block,which by means of steel cablesholds the building.

REMODELACIÓN FUNDEFAM 8MAS+ ARQ

Remodelación del edificio sede de lafundación de la familia en Monterrey. Seagregó un tercer piso, se modifico elsegundo nivel cambiando una distribucióntradicional por una circulación cruzada yse implementó un sistema de fachada paraproteger al edificio del sol al mismotiempo que vuelve más llamativo aledificio.

Remodeling the building of the foundationfor the family in Monterrey. A thirdfloor was added, the second level wasmodified by changing a traditionaldistribution for a crossed circulation,and a facade system was implemented toprotect the building from the sun, whilethe building becomes more striking.

HOTEL INTEGRADORES 9MAS+ ARQ

Diseño de hotel de cinco estrellas. Lavolumetría parte de dos bloques unidosentre si por un vació al interior que leotorga una sensación de amplitudespacial.

Design of a five-star hotel. Thevolumetric development is based on twoblocks joined together producing a vacuumthat provides a feeling of spaciousness.

CENTRO COMUNITARIO LA CAMPANA 10MAS+ ARQ

Centro comunitario planteado a orillas del cerrode la campana en Monterrey. Dicho centro buscamejorar la seguridad dentro de la zona alinculcar cultura. Por medio de un complejocircular se invita a la comunidad a entrar aljardín interior, diseñado para funcionar enconjunto con el edificio y ayudar a que losusuarios se identifiquen con el mismo.

Community Center designed at the hill side of‘La Campana’ in Monterrey. The center seeks toimprove security within the area and to instillculture. By using a circular complex, it invitesthe community to enter the inner garden,designed to work in conjunction with thebuilding, and help users to identify with it.

Desarrollo a mano de maqueta volumétricade la Asamblea Nacional de Bangladesh enmadera plastificada.

Development by hand of volumetric modelof the National Assembly of Bangladeshout of laminated wood.
