1965 City of Yokohama announces Redevelopment Plan, one of six major projects.

1983 Yokohama Minato Mirai 21 project officially launched.

1985 Minato Mirai 21 Construction begins.

1989 Yokohama Exotic Showcase (YES’89) opened.

1993 Yokohama Landmark Tower opened.

1997 Queen’s Square Yokohama opened.

1999 Shinko District is opened to the public.
