The band are primarily a 4 piece band but if you are looking for a bigger band POP CANDi offer a Platinum band which is an all singing all dancing 8 piece band including additional lead vocalists Male or Female, Keys, and Brass. Contemporary Pop Dancers can also be added for extra impact (additional charges apply). If you are looking to add more live music to your event lead singer Maria Jordan can perform a laid back Solo Jazz/Blues set for earlier on or Maria and guitarist Dave perform a fantastic Acoustic Duo (perfect for cor-porate dinners, canapé hour, wedding breakfasts or champagne receptions). How long will it take for the band to set up?






Usually about 60 minutes to load in, set up and sound check. Sometimes a little longer if there is a

noise limiter in place to ensure that no limits are exceeded.

Are you available as a bigger band?

Yes essentially POP CANDi are a 4 piece with a very full sound but if you require additional mu-

sicians we can bring along a Keyboard player, Saxophonist or full Brass Section (additional charges

apply).

What equipment do you provide?

POP CANDi provide a full PA system, stage lighting and all musical equipment. For bookings

with the Band and Professional DJ package additional Dance floor and DJ lighting is included.

How much space do you need?

Approximately 4 metres by 3 metres.

Do you provide any other live music options?

Yes, POP CANDi are a very versatile and talented band who can offer various different addi-

tional live music options including a Solo set by Singer Maria (either Pop or Jazz), an Acoustic Duo Set

by Maria and Guitarist Dave or and unplugged set by the band. In addition to this the band offer a

professional DJ who mixes and takes requests (highly recommended).

If you are looking for a full day and evenings worth of live music POP CANDi offer an ‘Ultimate

Package’ which includes Singer Maria performing at the Wedding Ceremony and Champagne recep-

tion, Maria & Guitarist Dave’s Acoustic Duo at the Wedding Breakfast and POP CANDi and a

professional DJ for your evenings entertainment.

How many people does your PA system cover?

POP CANDi have invested heavily in top of the range equipment providing you with the best

sound in the business. Their PA covers up to 500 guests. If your event is bigger than this then the

band can provide additional PA, Staging, Star Cloths or Lighting for an additional fee.

What lighting is included?






POP CANDi provide LED stage lighting and Stage Uplighters

My venue has a noise limiter, can the band still play?

Yes, POP CANDi have played many venues with noise limiters in place comfortably for settings

as low as 85/90db. For anything less that this we recommend booking The iCons unplugged set.

Do we need to provide anything for the band?

Free parking for 1 van and 1 car, a clean dry changing room and access to the buffet, soft drinks

would be appreciated.
