Polo GTI Extended Electronic Differential Lock (XDL)

XDL is an extension of the Electronic Differential Lock (EDL) function.

XDL reacts to load relief at the front wheel on the inside of a corner when the vehicle is taking corners gat speed.

XDL applies pressure (from the ESP hydraulics) to the wheel onESP hydraulics) to the wheel on the inside of the corner to prevent slipping or traction loss.

XDL improves grip and reduces the tendency to understeer.
