The sun shines above

Everyone knows I’m in over my head

Why does the heart sing?

Why does it endure such piercing pain?

Why does it run to another when staying at home would be much safer?

How can it fly over miles in minutes to be with the one who has

captured it?

How can it be with you and still beat in me?

…love it must be!

Isn’t it the most odd affliction?

Isn’t it the most foolish journey?

Isn’t it the wildest adventure that one could begin?

Isn’t it crazy to believe one could fly and then believe that you

actually are flying?

Isn’t it the most dangerous game?

...love it must be!

Couldn't it be the sweetest taste one ever knows?

Couldn't it be the most gentle touch one ever feels?

Couldn't it be the softest word one ever hears?

Couldn’t it be the most full ones heart was ever meant to be?

Couldn’t it be the biggest worship to our God that one could live?

...love it must be!
