Orange Calibration Tube Heavy duty polyester fabric with PVC coating stitched and taped joint. Maximum working temperature 80°C / 176°F Available in 4” - 12”

Green Calibration Tube Light weight polyester fabric with PVC coating. Overlapped and taped joints. Maximum working tempera-ture 50°C / 122°F Available in 3” - 10”

PreLiner Tube Poly tubing with fiberglass re-inforcement. Used when ex-isting sewer line has pipe miss-ing and/or water is infiltrating in to your line. Available in 4” & 6”

Stitched Seam Felt Liner PVC coated polyester felt with scrim. available in 3mm & 4.5mm. stitched seam. Ex-cellent for straight shots. Available in 3” - 12”

Super Flex Thick Very flexible 4.5mm thick liner with cross stitched seam and PVC coating. Ne-gotiates bends up to 90 de-grees with minimal wrin-kling. Available in 3” - 8”

Poly Tubing Poly Tubing is used for “Pull In Place” applications and to protect point repair equip-ment. Available in 3” and 12”

Imper Liner PVC coated polyester 3mm felt liner with double stitched seam. Can negotiate 45 de-gree bends with minimal wrin-kling. Available in 4” & 6”

Super Flex Thin Very flexible 2mm thick liner with stitched seam and PVC coating. Negotiates bends up to 90 degrees with minimal wrinkling. Availa-ble in 2”- 4”

Ultra Flex PU coated felt material with a stitched seam. Very flexible and can be used in lines where the pipe sizes changes or a pipe that has 45’s or 90’s. Available in 4”, 5” & 6”

Transition Bag PVC coated polyester felt with scrim. Flame bonded seam. Use when pipe chang-es from 4” to 6”. 50ft of 4” & 50ft of 6” with transition. Can special order other sizes.


Resin Compounds

4 to 1 Epoxy’s Esters

Quik-Pox Resin Base Compatible with all Lining Sys-tems. Surpasses ASTM require-ments. 4 to 1 mixing ratio when com-bined with our QP hardeners. Available in 5 gal. pails of 40 lbs

Quik-Pox 15 Hardener 1 part QP15 with 4 parts QP Resin Base. QP15 Offers work times of 15 minutes at 77 degrees.* Available in 3 gal. pails of 20 lbs

Quik-Pox 30 Hardener 1 part QP30 with 4 parts QP Resin Base. QP30 offers work times of 30 minutes at 77 degrees.* Available in 3 gal. pails of 20 lbs


Perkadox CH-50 Catalyst sold in small pre-measured containers. This fine powder easily mixes with either the Vinyl Ester Resin or the Polyester Resin to facilitate a consistent and uniform cure.*

CORVE 8190 Vinyl Ester Combined with our AF felt liner, meets the Greenbook require-ment for the City of Los Angeles. and is activated with the Perk cat-alyst. Available in 5 gal. pails of 40 lbs

Quik PE 15 Polyester Quik PE Polyester Resin is an eco-nomical resin option. It is a sty-rene based resin that is activated with a Perk catalyst. Available in 5 gal. pails of 40 lbs

Inversion Equipment


Quik-Lining System The Quik-Shot is the most advance lateral system available. Lightweight and portable and yet can continuously feed to any length. The Quik-Shot comes in two different configurations. Compatible with any and all manufacturer’s lining ma-terials. The Unit uses air to invert lining material but is equipped with a water port if water inversion is desired.

Configuration #1 comes standard with nozzles and fittings for 4” & 6” liners. Kits for 3”, 5” and 8” are available. This con-figuration is standard for the Quik-Shot and gives you the ability to get into those tight areas that other units won’t fit. Going up or down stairs? No problem.

Max Liner Gun System

Made in Europe, the Liner Gun brings the precision of Swiss manufacturing to the Lateral Lining Business. The Liner Gun is a light and versatile inversion system. Applications include lateral pipes, verticals, roof drains, industrial drains and more. Basic unit comes with adapter rings for 6” & 8”. Adapter rings for other sizes are available.

Cutter Cutting Robot Bulls Eye System

Suitable for pipes of DN 4” - 6”. Can be used in bends of up to 90 degree. Using remote-inflated air bladders, the arm of a Micro lateral cutter positions itself remotely by creeping and climbing; clamps itself for precise cutting in vertical or horizontal orientation. Powerful pneumatic motor. Dynamic joystick control. 145 psi compressor required.

Quik-Heater Has a 199,000 BTU propane water heater that gives you the ability to cure your liners quickly. This heater will deliver up to 150 degree water. By using propane, it can be operated inside a building. All this in a compact unit that can easily be ma-neuvered by one man. Also have a smaller 122,000 BTU propane heater.

Red Circulation Hose Used with the Quik Heater. 25 feet long with male and female camlock connectors.

Black Circulation Hose Used with the Quik Heater 25 feet long with male and fe-male camlock connectors.

LayFlat Hose 50 feet LayFlat hose with 1-male and 1-female hose fittings links together for heating.

Water Manifold Use with the Quik-Heater. The all in one heat manifold adapts to red and black circula-tion hoses. 8 PSI pressure relief gauge. Used for 3”, 4”, 6” and 8” liners.

The Quik-Heater Comes standard with the following: 1- Water Manifold 1- 25’ Red hot water delivery hose 1- 25’ Black return water hose 2-50’ Layflat hoses

Dome Head Manifold The Dome Head Manifold connects on the Quik-Shot nozzle for either heat cure or air cure.

Manual Calibration Roller Has a calibration scale on unit to insure the proper amount of resin in every liner. Stands approximately 54” height x 30” wide. Designed so it can be used as a standalone or truck mounted.

Calibration Equipment


Calibration of the impregnated liner is essential in lateral lining. This insures that the finish liner meet the load of the pipe being lined. It also insures that the liner is thick enough to keep roots from returning. Both manual rollers and electric rollers are available and both give you the assurance that the tube is the correct thickness at the time of inversion.

Sectional Seal Packers and Material Have a spot that you need to repair? Do not want to dig-up the street or yard?

The Sectional-Seal Point Repair system has equipment to repair lines from 3” in diameter to 24” in diameter. All you need is a correct size packer and the Sectional Seal Kit.

Electric Calibration Roller The Electric Calibration Roller is a stationary unit made on an aluminum stand that has 4 rollers. A crank handle allows you to adjust the gap to the correct space. A gauge is mounted on the unit. Has a short roller table on each side for ease of operation. Powered by 110 V.

Field Piece IR Gun Great tool to measure resin temperatures to compare to work/cure time charts. A must for any CIPP contractor.

Rhino Glue Used for lining through a cleanout. Used with our green caltube gives you the ability to line through a cleanouts without exca-vation. Call and ask for training on this process.

Tear-Aid There are two types of Tear-Aid: Type A and Type B. Tear-Aid Type B is to be applied to Vinyl and Vinyl coated surfaces only. If the top layer of the product you are adhering the patch to is vinyl or vinyl coated you will use Type B (use with cal tubes). Tear-Aid Type A is applied to Canvas, Rubber, Neoprene, Nylon, Most Fabrics, Plastics, Sunbrella, Gortex, Polyethylene, Polypro-pylene, Polyurethane (use with our liners).
