- Guards clear of debris - Excessive wear - tyres I tracks etc - Leaks of any kind (water, oiL air?) - Any point need greasing - Any worn pins, bushes etc.

WEEKLY I 40HR CHECKS --In addition to daily check -

All lights Fully grease machine

GENERAL Seat belts MUST be worn if fitted

Cabin must be clean and clear of rubbish and loose objects

ALL FAULTS MUST BE LISTED 0 RUNNING SHEET Al'.D REPORTED TO MAINTENANCE STAFF AND/OR MANAGEMENT
