Plank was hired by Duvel Moortgat USA, Ltd to construct a new brewery warehouse for the

manufacturing of their beer products. The new warehouse is 11,000 SF, including warming cellars to finish beer. The project was completed in the spring of 2010 and cost $1,127,000.00.

After the completion of the new warehouse space, Plank was hired back for another project consisting of the construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building, and visitor center with interior fit-ups in September 2010. The Pre-Engineered Metal Building has a standing seam roof system and the exterior walls have been boarded with wood novelty siding to match the existing brewery building. The roof system includes diamond patterns from the original brewery building set over the SSR system on the center.

The interior includes a 40’ oak bar with a copper bar top and a black iron pipe foot rail, fully operational kitchen, and an advanced audio system that runs throughout the entire facility. More features include a tongue and groove wood ceiling in the tasting room, which has an approximate area of 1,000SF, a large picture window in the store that overlooks the covered and uncovered patios, and concrete floor. The concrete floor is an in-concrete-color slab, saw-cut in a grid pattern of 4’x 4’ with grouting, buffed with a diamond polish.
