Enter the Store login page by selecting the “Login” link located in the top-right of any page at PeddlersSon.com or link by entering and/or bookmarking this URL: http://Store.PeddlersSon.com Once the login page has loaded:

1. Enter Username

2. Enter Password

3. Select “Login”

Selecting the “Login” button with incorrect credentials will display an “Invalid Login” message in the bottom right of your screen.

* While your username is not case sensitive your password is (i.e. if your password is “P@ssword123”, “p@ssword123”

will be invalid).

** The system will likely be slow to load the first time you login, given its pulling all of your data and all items/pricing from

our servers, though because this is a web based application, subsequent visits should be much faster as much of the data

will be stored in your browser’s cache.

1.1 PASSWORD RECOVERY

Forgotten passwords can be recovered by selecting the “Forgot Password” link below the “Login” button on the Store login page.

Upon selecting “Forgot Password” you will be linked to The “Reset Password” page.

Upon resetting your password an email will be sent to the primary email account you have on file with us.

Within this email you will be given a temporary password. Return to the login screen and enter your accounts

username and temporary password. If successful, you will immediately be instructed to change your temporary

password to one of your choosing.

If you are unsure of what the primary email tied to your account is, contact us at 602-253-3577 (M-F 6am-1pm) or email

[email protected] (please provide your business name and customer number).

1. Enter your online ordering account’s username.

2. Select “Reset Password” button

3. Select the “login” button to return to login page without resetting your password.

1.2 CHANGING RECOVERED PASSWORD

Upon successfully logging in with your temporary you will be asked to change your password to one of your

choosing.

*Passwords require a minimum of 8 characters, with one lower case letter, one upper case letter, and one number OR

special character.

1. Enter your Current (Temporary) Password.

2. Enter and confirm your desired password.

3. Indicators will appear above the “Change Password” button as you begin entering your new password. The indicator to the left will display the determined strength of your new password (Weak / Medium / Strong), while that on the right will display whether or not your new password matches what you’ve typed within the password confirmation box (“No Match” / “Match”).

4. Select “Change Password”. It will not be selectable until all requirements are fulfilled. If successful, you will be linked to a success page; select the “Home” button to move on to your “Catalog”.

2.0 NAVIGATION & SETTINGS OVERVIEW

At the top of every page within the Store you will have the following links/options:

3.0 GRID VIEW CATALOG (DEFAULT DISPLAY)

Upon login you will be linked to the “Catalog” page displaying only the standard items that you determined with

your sales representative.

You’ll utilize the “Catalog” page to search and add all items needed to your “Cart” for purchase, using the

following features:

1. Select the “Peddlers Son” link to return to the “Catalog” and begin/continue with your order.

2. Select the “Catalog” link to return to the “Catalog” and begin/continue with your order.

3. Select the “Order History” link to review past orders and invoices. 4. Select the “Cart” to finalize your order or quickly review current pending

items placed in it. 5. Select your customer setting drop down to:

a. Review who you are currently logged in as b. Review your customer # c. Review when your account was last accessed d. Review when you last ordered e. Select “Settings” to change your password f. Select “Logout” to return to the login page

1. Select “Show All Items”

button to toggle back and forth between our full list of items and your standard items list. When showing all items the text tied to the button will change to “Show Std Items” and vice versa.

2. Select “Quick Add” to display the Quick Add window for potentially faster order entry.

3. Select between these two buttons to toggle between Grid and Card views.

4. Search and view Peddler’s Son’s “Item Code” tied to each unique product.

5. Search and view the “Description” of each item.

6. Search and identify product by “Brand”.

7. Search and view items by standard “Size”.

8. Use this filed to input your desired “Quantity” for order. Input field not visible until selected.

9. Use Unit of Measure (“Uom”) column to modify pack size of the products you wish to purchase. Dropdown options not visible until selected.

10. View “Price” of each item. Will automatically adjust is “Uom” is modified.

11. Select “Add to Cart” button to add all items to your “Cart” for checkout.

3.1 SEARCHING GRID VIEW CATALOG

You can instantly filter the items displayed in your “Catalog’ by entering valid data into one of the four search

boxes located below their respective fields. As you conduct a search you will immediately see the items

displayed in your list change to match your terms entered (i.e. entering “bacon” within the “Description” search

field will reduce all items listed to only those that carry “bacon” in their item description).

*Remove all information from search fields to once again view every item your list.

3.2 ADDING ITEMS TO CART (GRID VIEW)

Input box for each item’s “Quantity” and “Uom” are not visible until selected.

Select an item’s “Quantity” cell to display the input field. You can input your quantity through the use of your keyboard or selecting the up/down arrow to the right of the input box to increase/decrease the quantity by 1.

Select the appropriate “Uom” cell within the table to display a dropdown. Select the down arrow to the right of the input box to display all available pack sizes; select the option that suits your needs.

*Any modification to the “Uom” will automatically adjust the correlated price. **As you add values to your “Quantity” and modify “Uom”, you will see that the font color of that particular item’s row will change to purple. This will assist you in review as you scroll through your list. ***Once the table has been selected, you may also use the “Tab” key to move right horizontally, line-by-line or arrow keys to move in any direction.

When ready to move to checkout, simply select “Add to Cart” this will move all items to your cart for checkout. Once you place your orders “Quantity” in an item’s row, it will be saved (regardless as to how many times you switch back and forth between standard and full item lists), but not transferred to the cart until you select “Add to Cart”.

*Some items may not be available at time of order. These items will not transfer to your cart. As indicated by the “Valid items added successfully” alert that appears upon selecting “Add to Cart”. Please contact your sales representative for further details regarding availability and always allow a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for specialty order items.

**All “Quantity” values will reset to 0, once “Add to Cart” is selected, as all data has been transferred to your cart.

Once you select “Add to Cart”, your total purchase amount and line item count will be displayed next to the “Cart” link in the top navigation.

Now that you’ve added all items to your cart, select “Cart” link to review/finalize your order.

3.3 CARD VIEW CATALOG

At any point during the ordering process select located in the top right corner, directly above your

item’s list to toggle to “Card View”. Select again or the button to the right to return to the “Grid View”.

*While you can toggle back and forth between grid and card views at any time during the ordering process, they are

mutually exclusive. If utilizing both displays, items quantities entered within one will not be transferred to the alternate view

and will only be added to the cart when selected within that particular view.

1. Select the “Sort by” dropbox to sort items displayed alphanumerically in one of four ways:

a. Item Code

b. Product Description

c. Price – low to high

d. Price – high to low

2. Select “Show All Items” button to toggle back and forth between our full list of items and your

standard items list. When showing all items the text tied to the button will change to “Show Std Items”

and vice versa.

3. Select the “Product Search” field to quickly search for a product by item code or description term.

This will automatically filter the items displayed. Use in conjunction with “Sort by” to further modify your

searches.

4. Items are now displayed in a card like fashion, with each card containing all details related to each

individual item.

*Switch to all items if unable to find a particular item when either sorting or searching our catalog of items.

3.4 ADDING ITEMS TO CART (CARD VIEW)

1. Review item description and item code

2. Select UOM dropbox to adjust desired pack size.

3. Select “Quantity” field to input desired count.

4. Select “Add to Cart” to add each individual item to your cart.

5. Review price and standard pack size. Price will adjust automatically when UOM has been modified.

*Unlike grid view each individual item must be added to the cart.

**Use the Tab key to cycle through each items fields and navigate to other cards horizontally, row by row. Up/down arrow keys will adjust Uom and Quantity. Press Enter key to add items to cart when button is highlighted.

3.5 UTILIZING QUICK ADD FEATURE

Within either views you can select located to the right of the options in the top left, directly above your items list to open the “Quick Add” window. From here you can quickly build you list of items to be ordered and add them to your cart. *If entering/searching for items that are not within your standard items list, be sure to toggle over to “Show All Items”, prior to entering the “Quick Add” window; items will otherwise not be displayed.

1. Enter item code or description to display a search dropdown list.

2. Select UOM dropbox to adjust desired pack size.

3. Select “Quantity” field to input desired count.

4. Select “Add” to add each individual item to your shopping list seen in #5.

*This will only add the item to your shopping list not your cart. You must select “Add all to cart” to transfer items to your cart accordingly.

5. All items added to your shopping list will be displayed here. Select to remove any item from your list.

6. Select “Add all to cart” to add all items in your shopping list to your cart.

7. Select “Cancel” to close window. Any items added to your shopping list will be saved until deleted/session times out.

4.0 CART & FINALIZING ORDER

Once all items have been transferred to your “Cart” you are now ready to review and finalize your order for

delivery or pick up. Simply select located in the header to link to this page.

1. Enter your “Purchase Order” here if applicable.

2. Review that your “Location” is correct.

3. Review that your “Shipping Mode” is correct. Select input box to reveal a dropdown displaying two options, delivery and pick up. Select the appropriate mode of shipping.

4. “Delivery Date” will default to the earliest available day, select the input box to display a calendar if you wish to set a later delivery date. If modified, you can select “Set Delivery Date” button to the right of field to switch back to default earliest delivery date.

5. Select the trash can button to remove an item from your “Cart”. A confirmation screen will appear asking you if you wish to continue with the deletion, either confirm or cancel.

6. Select an item’s “Quantity” to make modifications prior to submitting the order. Within the “Cart” “Uom” is no longer able to be modified.

7. Review your total purchase amount here and in the top nav next to the “Cart” link.

8. Select “Clear Cart” to remove all items from your cart. A confirmation screen will appear asking you if you wish to continue with the deletion, either confirm or cancel.

9. Select “Continue Shopping” to return to your “Catalog” and continue shopping. All items in your “Cart” will remain there unless removed.

10. Select “Submit Order” to finalize and begin processing of your order.

Upon submission of your order you will receive an alert noting its success and automatically linked to the “Order History” page.

*Confirmation emails will be sent to the primary email account on file with us along with any CC’s you’ve provided. If you’d like to change/add CC’s to the mailing list, contact [email protected] (please provide your business name and customer number).

5. ORDER HISTORY

Upon successful submission of your order, you will be automatically linked to the “Order History” page. Here

you can review your current order’s status and all past orders placed with Peddler’s Son Produce. Additionally,

you will be able to review each completed order’s invoice at will.

1. Use “Order Date” search boxes to search all orders made on a particular day or between two distinct dates. Selecting the “Date” input box will display a calendar for you to make your selection. Once your date(s) has been chosen select the “Search” button to confirm or “Clear” button to clear the “Date” input boxes.

2. The “Order History” table is broken into 7 fields:

Order Date – Exact date order was submitted on.

Confirmation – Order confirmation number. Can also be found within your confirmation email.

Purchase Order – Purchase order number attributed by ordering party.

Delivery Date – Exact date product was delivered.

Total – Exact order total charged to your account.

Order Status – Status of order in question (Confirmed, In Process, Expired, Cancelled)

Payment Status – Status of payment attributed to order. Payments made will not immediately appear as paid; please allow roughly 48 hours.

Invoice Number – Number assigned to each unique order shipped.

3. Like your “Catalog” you can use search boxes below their respective fields to filter through orders

displayed in the table.

Search By:

Order Date

Confirmation (also find within your confirmation email) *If there is no confirmation tied to a specific order, that order was not successfully submitted.

Purchase Order

Order Status

Payment Status

Invoice Number

4. Select a specific date to be linked to the “Order Review” page. From here you can review all details correlated to that specific order. Select the “Order History” button/nav link or your browser’s back button to return to “Order History” page.

5. Once completely processed you invoices will become available to view. Select the desired invoice to

view. Invoices will not be immediately available after delivery; please allow roughly 48 hours.

6. Navigate through pages of past orders. Select arrows located on either side of numeric page values to move a single page ahead or backward or a specific page number.
